Founded in 1996, PT. Meta Epsi Minatara is a Fishery Farm in South Sumatera, Indonesia as a privately-owned company.
The Parent Company is PT. Meta Epsi (founded in 1975 as an engineering, procurement, and construction services for infrastructure, factory, and industrial plant projects in water, electricity, oil, and gas and petrochemical fields).
The ownership of both PT. Meta Epsi n PT. Meta Epsi Minatara changed in 2013.
In August 1995, PT. Meta Epsi was appointed by the Ministry of Environment to develop the seashore as part of the initiative to save the coastal environmental.
PT. Meta Epsi Minatara was then set-up to support the initiative under the concept of Integrated Mariculture.
