During the today's global competitive atmosphere ME is compelled to find new sources of equipment departing from its traditional suppliers without neglecting the quality of products.

Every project entrusted to ME will be organized under the direction of a project manager or project director depending of its size or its complexity. From a big and/or complex project, one Project Director will be assigned to manage the project and report to the Board of Director. For smaller and/or less complex project, one Project manager will be nominated and then assigned to manage the project and report to the Operation Director.
