High Rise Building construction, ME's get involved particularly in supplying and carrying out electrical, air ducting, piping, air conditioning, lift, escalator (if any) and plumbing installation. ME is extra cautious in project selection; only a few of them has been contracted i.e :

a. University of Al Alzhar Building, Jakarta. Single contract with total project cost of US $ 12 million completed in 2006. The project owner was University of Al Azhar. 

b. Bali Imperial Hotel, Seminyak Bali. Single contract with total project cost of US $ 85 million completed in 1991. The project owner was PT. Satria Balitama.

c. Bank Duta Headquarter Building, Jakarta. Single contract with total project cost of US $ 25 million completed in 1986. The project owner was Bank Duta.
