The Indonesian Construction Act No. 18/1999 and its by laws no. 28, 29, 30/2000 calls for any company to provide construction services to have a certain number of certified engineers employed on full-time basis. To comply with the acts and  by laws, ME's Engineer are sponsored by the company to atted special training and/or take a test prior to the certification.

To enhance the competency of its personnel, ME organizes regular trainings internal and in-house. Some trainings are organized overseas especially in projects involving foreign companies.

Continual recruitment is also part of the Human Resources Development. To recruit qualified candidates for certain position  ME invite young and talented engineers before they graduate from outstanding universities in Indonesia.
