Job Description

  • Daily administration
  • Managing assets, office and facilities 
  • Ensure the supplying daily office supplies and stationeries
  • Prepare a monthly report all GA activities 
  • Handling and cordinate general services such as office maintenance, equipment and vehicle maintenance, asset insurance, license, and other, administration duties.

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree, any field 
  • At least 1 years experience in the related field is required for this position 
  • Familiar with General Affair function, especially in general office and administrative function
  • Excellent administrations skill, hard worker and self -motivated 
  • Smart, fasr learner and confident to interact with all levels internally and externally 
  • Having good interpersonal skills, attractive appearance and professional work attitude
